The L-gas storage zone consists of capacities in Nüttermoor, which is connected to the GTG Nord transmission system and Gasunie Deutschland (GUD).

In the course of the L-/H-gas market area/storage conversion, the L-gas caverns will be successively converted to H-gas in the coming years but will remain in the transmission system of Gastransport Nord and Gasunie Deutschland (THE market area).
